Due to the digital nature of the 400-hour virtual internship, enrollment reserves immediate mentorship capacity and grants instant access to all proprietary curriculum and educational materials. Because these extensive resources become fully available immediately upon checkout, all tuition fees and payment plan installments are strictly non-refundable.
Any questions regarding tuition, academic credit transferability, or specific payment arrangements must be addressed with Whole Med Institute prior to enrollment. Approved payment plans remain legally subject to their agreed-upon terms unless otherwise authorized in writing by Whole Med Institute administration.
